Founded in 1867, Wright’s has been crafting flour at our Enfield mill for six generations. The secret to the perfect Neapolitan pizza is no longer under Nona’s lock and key. It all boils down to fresh, honest ingredients. With Sonata flour, milled in Britain and backed by top Italian chefs, our pizza school is here to unlock the secrets of what creates the perfect pizza.
From January, you can experience pizza making at its best with workshops hosted by our expert pizza chefs and bakers in our very own flour mill. There is also the opportunity to tour the mill and experience how our Neopolitan-style flour is made.
Eligibility: The competition is open to individual aged 18 and over. Employees of G R Wright & Sons and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. How to Enter: Subscribe to our email updates to enter the competition. Only one entry per person is allowed. Prize Details: The prize is a pizza making class for one person, schedule to start in January 2024. The prize is valid for 6 months from the date of the initial class offering. Once booked, the class date may be rearranged once, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing. Prize Redemption: The winner must confirm their attendance and schedule their class within 30 days of notification. Failure to confirm attendance within the specified timeframe will result in the prize being forfeited. General Terms: G R Wright & sons reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time. By participating in the competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. G R Wright & sons reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in misconduct.
