    At our brand-new state of the art pizza school, you’ll receive a masterclass in creating authentic Italian-style pizzas. Based in Harlow, Essex, you’ll receive a tour of the iconic Wright’s mill and learn about the importance of quality ingredients.

    During your workshop, you’ll try your hand at stretching and tossing dough like a pro and even eat your creation for lunch. But, that isn’t all we teach, we have Italian bread workshops and even afternoon tea classes for those who’s interests stretch beyond pizza.

You’ll get a first-hand look at the process of milling and learn how we create flour from wheat with an overview of the process from the intake of wheat to the packing of flour into sacks.

    Through hands-on practice, expert guidance, and an exploration of various techniques, you'll perfect your dough-making skills, learn how to avoid, and amend mistakes in the dough making process, refine your pizza assembly techniques, and gain valuable insights into stretching and baking methods and presentation.
