Information & Preparation:
1. Timing: Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a prompt
start. This will allow us to provide a quick overview of the sessions and answer
any initial questions you might have.
2. Attire: We recommend wearing your usual comfortable closed work shoes as there will be some standing involved during the session. We want you to be at ease and comfortable during the pizza making process.
3. Tour of the Mill: We will be offering you a tour of our milling process which involves a flight of steps. Please let us know if you need more information on accessibility. Professional kitchen rules apply and we will ask you to remove all jewellery and wear PPE, which will be provided.
Session Agenda:
During the session, you will have the chance to fully immerse yourself in the art of professional high quality. high voilume pizza making.
The agenda includes:
- Perfect Your Dough Making: In-depth and detailed sessions. Explore different techniques, learn how to avoid (as well as fix) mistakes in the dough making process, refine your pizza assembly techniques, and gain valuable insights into stretching and baking methods as well as presentation.
- Pressure Cooking: Scale up your operations confidently. Learn how to make and cook many pizzas under pressure in a range of ovens, with lots of practice and hands on experience that will mean you leave the course confident to produce pizzas on a large scale.
- Fellow Professionals In a Professional Environment: A deep dive into the art and science of creating exceptional pizzas. Training is provided by top Pizzaiolas and you will cook pizza in our state-of-the-art professional ovens.
-Tour of the Mill: An opportunity to see the flour milling process from receiving the
wheat to bagging the flour. Our professional guests really enjoy our Mill Tours.
Please note that as our kitchen is used for test baking, we are unable to offer any gluten free options.
Cancellation policy:
Rescheduling: Workshops can be rescheduled if a request is made at least 2 working days prior to the scheduled start time.
Transfers: If you need to transfer your registration to another person, you may do so by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less that 2 working days before the workshop start time.
No Shows: Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice and who have not either rescheduled or transferred their place, will not be eligible for a refund.
