Our class is specially designed to accommodate groups of up to 20 participants, ensuring everyone gets a chance to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with dough.
At our workshop, we believe that making pizza is an art form and it's a process that starts with the finest flour - and that's why we offer you the option of an exclusive tour of our very own flour mill.
You'll get a first-hand look at the process of milling and learn how we create flour from wheat with an overview of the process from the intake of wheat to the packing of flour into sacks.
Next, led by our expert instructors, you'll embark on a culinary journey that begins with learning the fundamentals of making the perfect pizza dough.
As you knead, stretch, and shape your own individual pizzas, you'll discover how teamwork plays a crucial role in achieving culinary excellence.
Our instructors will guide you through each step, offering tips on technique and encouraging collaboration among team members.
Once your masterpieces are ready for the oven, you will experience the excitement of cooking your own pizzas in our fabulous state of the art pizza oven.
Then it's time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the fruits of your labour. Once your pizzas are baked to perfection, join us in our pizzeria and we will provide the refreshments!

In this 3.5-hour experience, we will guide you through every step of the process, from making the dough to creating mouth-watering flavour combinations.
- Welcome and Tour
- We'll start with a warm welcome and an introduction to the art of pizza making.
- During the class you'll embark on an exclusive tour of our state-of-the-art flour mill, where you'll witness the journey from grain to flour and gain insights into the importance of quality ingredients.
- Dough Making:
- Our expert instructors will teach you how to make the perfect pizza dough from scratch.
- You'll learn about different types of flour, yeast activation techniques, and proper measurements for achieving that ideal texture and flavor.
- Kneading and Stretching Techniques:
- Discover the secrets behind kneading dough like a pro as our instructors demonstrate a variety of techniques.
- Get hands-on experience as you practice stretching your own dough under their guidance.
- Tomato Base Mastery:
- Learn how to create a delicious tomato base sauce that serves as the foundation for any great pizza.
- Explore different seasoning options and discover tips for achieving just the right balance of flavours.
- Flavour Combinations:
- Dive into a world of creativity by exploring an array of toppings, including fresh vegetables, premium meats, aromatic herbs, and artisanal cheeses.
- Our instructors will share their expertise in combining flavours harmoniously while encouraging you to experiment with unique combinations.
- Pizza Oven Experience:
- Step up to our magnificent state-of-the-art pizza oven where you'll have hands-on experience of using the peel and baking your creations at high temperatures for that perfect crispy crust.
- Gain insights into cooking techniques such as temperature, turning and positioning for optimal results.
- Home Oven Adaptation:
- Learn how to translate the techniques and principles you've learned to replicate delicious pizzas in your own home oven or pizza oven.
- Our instructors will provide tips on adjusting temperature, baking times, and positioning to achieve similar results.
