    Welcome to our Pizza Workshop - where dough meets creativity!

    Join us for a fun-filled 3.5-hour experience that will take you on a journey from the flour mill to your very own mouth-watering pizza creation.

    At our workshop, we believe that making pizza is an art form and it's a process that starts with the finest flour - and that's why we offer you the option of an exclusive tour of our very own flour mill.

    You'll get a first-hand look at the process of milling and learn how we create flour from wheat with an overview of the process from the intake of wheat to the packing of flour into sacks.

    Next, led by our expert instructors, you'll embark on a culinary journey that begins with learning the fundamentals of making the perfect pizza dough.

    Our comprehensive class is designed for beginners or those who want to elevate their pizza-making skills to new heights!

    In this 3.5-hour experience, we will guide you through every step of the process, from making the dough to creating mouth-watering flavour combinations.

    • We'll start with a warm welcome and an introduction to the art of pizza making.
    • During the class you'll embark on an exclusive tour of our state-of-the-art flour mill, where you'll witness the journey from grain to flour and gain insights into the importance of quality ingredients.

     

    1. Dough Making:
    • Our expert instructors will teach you how to make the perfect pizza dough from scratch.
    • You'll learn about different types of flour, yeast activation techniques, and proper measurements for achieving that ideal texture and flavour.

     

    1. Kneading and Stretching Techniques:
    • Discover the secrets behind kneading dough like a pro as our instructors demonstrate a variety of techniques.
    • Get hands-on experience as you practice stretching your own dough under their guidance.

      

    1. Tomato Base Mastery:
    • Learn how to create a delicious tomato base sauce that serves as the foundation for any great pizza.
    • Explore different seasoning options and discover tips for achieving just the right balance of flavours.

     

    1. Flavour Combinations:
    • Dive into a world of creativity by exploring an array of toppings, including fresh vegetables, premium meats, aromatic herbs, and artisanal cheeses.

    • Step up to our magnificent state-of-the-art pizza oven where you'll have hands-on experience of using the peel and baking your creations at high temperatures for that perfect crispy crust.

    • Learn how to translate the techniques and principles you've learned to replicate delicious pizzas in your own home oven or pizza oven.

    Useful Information

    Please wear comfortable clothing, long trousers and long sleeve tops . Flat shoes are also advised. We have changing rooms and lockers for your convenience.

    Allergies and dietary restrictions:

    At our Pizza Workshop, we strive to accommodate various dietary needs and preferences.

    While we can make minor adjustments for certain food allergies, such as avoiding specific toppings or ingredients, it's important to note that pizza is predominantly made with flour and cheese and that comes with some limitations.

    This means that, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate gluten-free or lactose-free adjustments due to the nature of the dish.

    However, if you have any other dietary restrictions or concerns, please let us know in advance so that we can do our best to provide suitable alternatives and ensure you have an enjoyable experience.
